Nursing
Work in an interdisciplinary team to provide a range of screening, assessments, and treatments from the time offenders arrive at the prison until they are released.
Psychology
Provide quality psychological services, including clinical and risk assessment and treatment services to offenders and referral to appropriate agencies where necessary.
Counselling & Social Work
Provide care, advice, and support to offenders with personal or social problems, and help with community and social issues.
Case Management
Work with offenders to develop plans and ensure access to the treatments and programmes they need at the right level, at the right time.
Health Leadership & Management
Lead the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of health services that are delivered inside of our prisons.
Programme Facilitation
Run therapeutic programmes to help offenders understand the factors that led to their offending, take responsibility and motivate the change of their thoughts and behaviours.
Safety and Wellbeing
Drive and enable outstanding safety, and wellbeing outcomes through a people-based continuous improvement operating model of "plan, do, learn and improve".
